Coutts Quarter Ton Cup

..... is just around the corner.  How exciting. So far we have 28 entries and are hoping for a few more before the end of the week.  This is just to tell you all that there is a fab new trophy for this event, which has been donated by the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club for the 1st boat with an all amateur crew.  By all means check the NOR about this, but basically to qualify you need to fill in a form at registration with your crew names and their ISAF Classification number to prove they are all Cat 1.  To get an ISAF Classification number, log on to www.sailing.org and click 'Classification' on the top of the page.  You will need to do this in advance of the event.

John Mellows is the man behind making the new Corinthian Trophy and he is a well experienced Solent sailor and past Quarter Ton Sailor.  He would love to race in the event, so if anyone is still looking for crew, please do contact him:
